Gotwick Manor Estate is a family-run Estate situated across Sussex and Surrey with a strong focus on the conservation of nature and biodiversity.

The Estate compromises a mix of residential and commercial properties, livery yards, fishing lakes and an equal split between grassland and woodland.

The grassland is actively managed through the regenerative grazing of our sheep as well as hay and haylage cuts. In the woodland, trees are continually thinned for firewood and timber sales while maintaining high habitat diversity to support a wide array of woodland flora and fauna.
