All of the wood in a bulk bag of logs are hardwood species. They will vary in the types of species and the amounts however it will typically include a mix of: Oak, Beech, Sycamore, Alder, Birch, Ash and Chestnut. Species such as Willow, Poplar are never included as they do not burn well and do not produce a fire with good heat output.

All of our logs are frequently moisture tested during the drying process to ensure that the moisture content is below 20% when the logs are delivered to you. All of our logs are certified ready to burn therefore our process and logs have been audited to verify quality and consistency.
