Delivery within 15 miles of Gotwick Manor Estate:

Free of charge on all orders over £95.00.

£15.00 on all orders less than £95.00.

Returns Policy

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Must be reported within 14 days. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and at our expense.

Incorrectly Ordered items:

Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement and must be reported within 3 working days. In most cases, we can accept stock items back for full credit, provided they are returned in a fully re-saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
If we arrange collection, a modest return carriage fee will be deducted from the credited amount.

Food products can not be accepted back.

Non-stock or Special Order Items:

Items that we do not normally stock, such as hay bales produced at a specific size, cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
